I understand you are facing an issue with your HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-In-One Printer. Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.
If the automatic output tray extender does not deploy automatically, you can extract it manually
You can also refer to page number 166 on this use guide: HP ENVY Photo 7800 All-in-One series
