Hi @SergioBS, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
Yes, you can print a single image across multiple pages using your HP ENVY 5540 All-in-One Printer on Windows 11. Here's how you can do it:
- Open the Image: Open the image you want to print in an image viewer or editor like Paint or Photos.
- Print Settings: Go to the print settings by pressing Ctrl + P or selecting the print option from the menu.
- Poster Printing: In the print dialog, look for an option called "Poster" or "Tile" printing. This option allows you to print a single image across multiple pages.
- Adjust Settings: Adjust the settings to specify how many pages you want the image to be spread across. You can usually set the scale or the number of pages horizontally and vertically.
- Print: Once you have adjusted the settings, click on "Print" to start printing your image across multiple pages.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

Thank you for your response, @SergioBS.
Since the "Poster" or "Tile" printing options are not available in the default print dialog for Paint or Photos on Windows 11, here are a few alternative methods the customer can try:
Method 1: Use Adobe Acrobat Reader (If Image Can Be Converted to PDF)
Open the image in Paint or Photos and Save As PDF:
>In Paint: Press Ctrl + P, choose Microsoft Print to PDF, and save the image as a PDF file.
>Open the saved PDF file in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free version).
>Click on File → Print.
>Under Page Sizing & Handling, select Poster.
>Adjust the Tile Scale to set the size of the image across multiple pages.
>Click Print.
Method 2: Use Microsoft Excel (Manual Method)
>Open Excel and adjust the column width and row height to make a large enough blank workspace.
>Insert the image and resize it to fit multiple cells.
>Go to File → Print.
>Under Page Setup, adjust the print area to include the entire image.
>Print the document.
I hope this helps!

Inside the printer software settings there are no options to print poster images.
But you can use PAINT to print image in multiple pages 😇

Also you can copy image inside a Word document and Export document to PDF,
then open that PDF in Acrobat Reader and select Print > Poster option.
* Click YES to say thank you,
* Click Accepted Solution when question is answered.
