To print 5x7 cards on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e Series printer, try these steps:

Loading 5x7 Card Stock

Prepare the Paper Tray:

  • Pull out the input tray.
  • Slide the paper width guides to their outermost positions.

Insert the 5x7 Cards:

  • Place the 5x7 cards into the tray with the print side facing down.
  • Align the stack with the appropriate paper-size indicators.
  • Ensure the stack does not exceed the tray's maximum capacity.

Adjust the Paper Guides:

  • Slide the paper width guides inward until they rest against the edges of the paper stack without bending the paper.

Finalize Tray Setup:

  • Gently push the input tray back into the printer.
  • Pull out the output tray extension to catch the printed cards.

Configuring Print Settings

Access Printer Preferences:

  • On your computer, open the document or image you wish to print.
  • Click on File > Print, then select your HP OfficeJet Pro 9120e printer.
  • Click on Printer Properties or Preferences to access the printer settings.

Set Paper Size and Type:

  • In the printer settings window, locate the Paper/Quality or Paper Size tab.
  • Select 5x7 inches as the paper size.
  • Choose the appropriate paper type, such as Cardstock or Photo Paper, depending on your card material.

Adjust Print Quality (Optional):

  • For better results, especially on thicker card stock, set the print quality to Best or High Quality.

Save Settings and Print:

  • Click OK to save your settings.
  • Proceed to print your document by clicking Print.

I hope this helps.
