I'm not able to get my printer to feed A2 sized envelopes without coming out sideways and most of the time it tells me I have the wrong size paper loaded. If I put the envelopes in with the flap on the wrong side I can get the envelopes to print about 50% of the time but that is not acceptable. I watched one of your videos and it says to choose "Custom" and enter the size for an A2 envelope but I'm not finding a way to enter a custom size. I bought this printer specifically to print envelopes so please help me get this thing set up correctly. Thank You!
