According to the documentation, the printer supports 5x7 inch paper as a standard size.

1)  Load Paper 

2)  Check / Adjust Tray and Paper settings on the Printer

3)  Print your photo using an appropriate application or software supported in your Operating System.

Examples

Supported versions of Windows 

• Install and) use HP Smart, the full driver printer software, Microsoft Photos, Microsoft Print Pictures (formally Windows Photo Viewer), and / or third party photo editing software (example, Irfanview )
• Ask if you need help to download / save/ and install the Windows full driver printer software.  HP Easy Start Printer Setup Software – Offline Use Only

OR

Supported Mobile Device -- Tablet or Phone

• If you are printing your 5x7 inch photo on supported 5x7 inch photo paper, you may use the HP App to print your photo.

-- NOTES --

• Printing to Scale (some percentage of 100%) is not currently supported by HP App.
• If you are printing your 5x7 inch photo on other than 5x7 inch paper, you will need "an app for that".  
• iPadOS includes a manual resize feature -- not suitable for exact sizing.

2)  EWS - Tray and Paper

Use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) and "as best can be done" -- if at all possible -- change one of the paper size / types to the size of your A9 envelope or size "Custom".

NOTE:  Find printer IP address

Open your Browser

Type / enter the Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Settings > Preferences > Tray and Paper (Management)

Select / Adjust settings for Paper Size / Type

Model and EWS version Dependent:  Advanced section

Click Apply to save changes

• Your Mobile device (tablet, phone) and printer must be connected to the same network.
• On the mobile device, Location Services and Bluetooth should both be switched ON

Any HP application you install should be sourced from “HP”.

What?  Fakes have been discovered on at least one Mobile App Store –

Check who is providing the application >> “HP Inc.”

If you can’t tell, ask or use the Homepage method (if using Windows) to download and install the HP Smart application.
