I have a deskjet 2600 series printer and I'm trying to print something as the actual size that I downloaded it as, but it wont give me that option. It just says crop to shrink to fit, even when I click more settings and advanced settings it doesn't show me the option to print it at its actual size. I've also looked at the settings in the HP Smart app and I can't find it.

Hi @ashleeg99

1. Please install the next driver for your printer to have full options for printing:

>> Deskjet 2600 - driver for printer in Windows

2. Once you install that driver then try again to check printer settings to print your document.

3.  Also check in your Word options for

Page Layout > Margins and select Narrow.

I believe I already tried updating the driver and I'm not printing a word document, they're pngs and jpegs.
