How to print envelopes

I changed the paper tray from Lettersize paper to envelopes but it will not [rint envelopes

Verify Printer Settings

Ensure that the printer settings are correctly configured for envelope printing.

1. Open the application from which you are printing the envelopes.
2. Go to File > Print.
3. In the print dialog box, check the paper size and type settings.
   • Paper Size: Select the appropriate envelope size (e.g., #10 envelope).
   • Paper Type: Select the envelope option if available.

Load Envelopes Correctly

Ensure the envelopes are loaded correctly in the paper tray.

1. Insert the envelopes into the paper tray with the flap side on the left and the flap facing up.
2. Adjust the paper guides snugly against the edges of the envelopes.

Adjust Page Layout Settings

1. From the application, go to File > Page Setup.
2. Choose the correct envelope size and orientation.
3. Save the settings before you proceed to print.

Update Printer Driver

Ensure that your printer driver is up to date for compatibility with macOS 12.0 Monterey.

1. Visit the HP Support page for your HP Photosmart C4680 printer.
2. Download and install the latest drivers.
3. Restart your computer after the installation.

Use HP Easy Start

If you haven’t already installed the printer using HP Easy Start, download and use this utility to ensure proper setup.

1. Download HP Easy Start from the HP website.
2. Run the utility and follow the on-screen instructions to install your printer.

Check for Print Queue Issues

1. Open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners.
2. Select your HP Photosmart C4680 printer.
3. If there are any pending jobs, clear the print queue.
4. Try printing the envelope again.
