Hi, please provide instructions for removing dynamic security from my printer. I already tried to update the firmware via HPSmart, but it doesn't work. If an updated driver is needed, please give me a direct link. 

 

Note: this is not a new question, but when others have asked this question the solution was not given publicly. Instead, a user by the name of "Elohi_NR" asked to be messaged for the solution. So I also messaged this user, and this was the response:

Updating the firmware did not solve the issue.

 

I am unable to contact support because my device in not under warranty.
