Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP Color Laserjet MFP M880 printer that both Settings and Support Tools are locked with some kind of username and password that I do not know.

At this point, I cannot even connect it to new network, and it can only perform Copy.


I’ve tried the common default usernames but no luck.

 

is there a way to factory reset the printer?

However,

Once I clicked the Administrator, it says I need to enter password, so I cannot go pass that…

what can I do now?
