HP DeskJet 3630 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have forgotten the EWS password for my HP printer Deskjet 3630 since then I can't manage my printer wirelessly such as managing functions which available only through the EWS web page. I can't reset the printer through the EWS webpage as it is asking for the forgotten password in order to restore the printer to default factory settings. Are there any other ways to reset the password?

Hi @M962

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to help you with the password issue.

Please try these steps - Press the Wireless button and the Cancel button from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

If the issue still persists, I have sent you a private message with the reset steps, specific to your printer. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Please click “Accept as Solution” if you feel my post solved your issue, it will help others find the solution.

Have a great day!
