Hi. I am having problems connecting to hp dedkjet 2724 wireless.  It has worked but won't now. How do I reset the printer to factory conditions please? I have android 10 on my phone.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device. 

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer. 

 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link.

Worked great for my hp2724 desk jet....

1. Open ink access door

2. Press WiFi button for 3 seconds

3. Close access door

........printer initialises 

Used hp smart...successfully
