Hello!

 

I have a problem trying to finish the configuration of my HP Smart Tank 500 printer in a new laptop.
It's connected by the supplied USB cable.


In the HP Smart App I get the following message:

Then when I enter in the Finish configuration window it asks for a password and I can't remember it.

How can I recover/reset the password .
