Already installed the lastest HP firmware on the Printer

Hi @Cobol 

That error code is related to a hardware failure inside the printer, and you may need to take the printer to a repair shop or if you are in warranty ask to HP Support for help.

 

1. Turn OFF your printer, unplug power cable, and leave printer unplugged for 5 minutes.

 

2.  Then connect again your printer, make sure that is connected directly to a power outlet.

3. Turn it ON, and check if the printer is working Ok.

4. If the error code shows again then you may need to take your printer for repair or contact HP Support.

 

if you have a Printer in warranty (within 1 year of purchase)

Out of warranty (more than 1 year of purchase)
