Hi @Phuck,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To set up your HP Deskjet 3055A e-All-in-One Printer wirelessly so it works with your iPad and computers, follow these steps.
Prepare Your Printer
- Make sure your printer is turned on and has paper and ink installed.
- Ensure your wireless router is working and that you know your Wi-Fi network name (SSID) and password.
Connect the Printer to Wi-Fi
Using the Printer Control Panel:
- Press the Wireless button on the printer’s control panel to access the Wireless Menu.
- Select Wireless Settings and then Wireless Setup Wizard.
- The printer will search for available wireless networks. Select your network name (SSID) from the list.
- Enter your Wi-Fi password when prompted using the printer's keypad.
Install Printer Software on Apple Devices
For iPad or iPhone:
- Open the Settings app on your iPad.
- Go to Wi-Fi and connect to the same network as your printer.
- On the iPad, go to a document or image you want to print.
- Tap the Share icon (square with an arrow) and select Print.
- In the printer list, select your HP Deskjet 3055A. If the printer is not listed, ensure it's on the same network and supports AirPrint.
For macOS Computers:
- Open System Preferences and go to Printers & Scanners.
- Click the "+" button to add a printer.
- Select your HP Deskjet 3055A from the list of detected printers.
- If the printer is not listed, ensure it's connected to the same Wi-Fi network and that your Mac is on the same network.
Enable Web Services (for HP ePrint)
If you plan to use HP ePrint:
- Press the ePrint button on the printer’s control panel.
- Follow the instructions to enable Web Services.
- Print the information sheet to find the printer's email address.
- Use this email address to send documents or photos for printing.

Note:
- Ensure your printer and Apple devices are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Restart your router, printer, and Apple devices if the printer is not detected.
- Check for firmware updates for the printer via the HP Smart App or the printer control panel.
- Use the HP Print and Scan Doctor tool (for macOS or Windows) if you're having trouble.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
