I wanted to reach out and thank https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3197631 by sending him a tag on a printer problem I was having and really don't know how to tag him and would like some help on how to post a tag on a particular scenario.  i was actually pulling my brains out with this and his simple solution help me tremendously

@thebadwrench  should see this. Direct messaging is restricted as this site attracts a lot of bots and spammers and that is one method used to control unwanted messages.

@Ralex1 Glad to hear my post helped you. I too was pulling my brains out with the issue and it seems to be a somewhat common issue. So when I figured out a way to resolve it, I thought it might help out others if I posted what I did. Glad you found it useful. Have a good weekend 🙂
