Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Following the post here:

I am unable to upgrade my firmware.  I downloaded the exe and waited for the dialog with "send firmware" to complete.  After this the printer is unchanged and still reports FW datecode 20111215.

 

My desired goal is to get eprint (web services) working.

 

Are there additional steps needed?

HP Recommended

If you can run a firmware update from a WIN7 computer.
