HP Recommended

I have a HP laser jet pro MFP M148 printer/scanner. I keep getting messages that with upcoming MAC releases that my printer will not work because it is a Intel based. It needs to be updated  with a universal or Apple Silicone version. I am looking for information on how to get the update. When I go to my current app there is NO option to update.

Hello
Please configure the printer to be wireless.
After the printer and computer are wirelessly connected, the computer downloads and installs hp easy start:
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softlib/software12/HP_Quick_Start/osx/HP_Easy_Start.app.zip
Then update and add the printer through HP Easy Start, thank you.
