Product: HP smart tank 500
Operating System: Android 9.0 Pie

I own a smart tank 500. I connected it to the modem with a usb cable and set it up "http://192.168.1.1:631/printers/HP smart tank 500". I am using it with pc without any problem, wirelessly. but I don't know how to use this Printer on android OS devices, I need support, please.

If you are using it wirelessly, your Android devices should connect, you need to go to the PlayStore and download the HP Smart App.

Sorry, our smart tank 500 is not wireless printer. I use it as a network printer by connecting it to the modem router via usb. I can connect to this printer from all my computers at home, but I could not connect from android devices, moreover, hp smart app is installed on my android devices.
