Hp 4630 officejet printer pitched noise

Hp 4630 officejet printer make high pitched noise when plugging it and turn on it  , sound like whistle . How can stop this sound ?

Appreciate you trying the steps. Don't worry, I'm here to help! 

Let's try these steps -

1) Take out the cartridges. 
2) Unplug the power cord from the printer & wall. 
3) Wait for 30 seconds.  
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector. 
5) Insert the cartridges back into the printer.

Also, try updating the printer's firmware. Refer to this document for steps.

Greetings Thank you very much . I did all steps , but still there peep sound issued from power supply in the printer when pulg it in the wall
