Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Hi,
I have two hp printers over my house. 

After updating to Mac os 11.1, I cannot print or add my printers to my system.

I tried to uninstall all hp software and reinstall it, but nothing helped.

When I use HP Easy start, I get stuck with this note:

What can I do... I'm stuck.

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

Ensure that the printer is up to date with its firmware and Mac is up to date with its software. If you are unsure you may use the links below to update the printer firmware and Mac software:

Update printer firmware

Update software on Mac 

 

And add the Printer using AirPrint: vhttps://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c02623193
