HP Recommended

About a month ago setup 8135 pro no issues.  Two weeks ago I could no longer print from the HP smart app.  I have uninstalled the app.  Reset router and modem.  Restored network settings.  Unplugged printer etc.  each time when I try to connect the printer in HP app it says  connection is taking to long on the app, and the printer display says network unavailable however it’s connected to my network.  I don’t have a laptop to plug in that way to set it up.
