Product: HP Color LaserJet 2840

The newest driver doesn't work. I am unable to get help since the Support website doesn't recognise the serial number. You don't even have a general feedback channel. Clearly your customer support system is unadequate.

 

Do something.

This device is likely EOSL and new releases of dedicated drivers is probably not in the cards. That said, I suggest you download the new Smart Universal Printer Driver and try that. It has surprised me with the devices it has supported.
