Help please.
just brought a DeskJet 2622 to use as an airprinter so I can print from iPad/iPhone
set it up but it randomly won’t find the printer (In my device WiFi) so I can set It up wirelessly in my WiFi connections.
the signal strength on the printer also goes continuously from 1 bar to full strength whilst it’s on, though it is not at all far from my router and nothing stopping or that should hinder signal strength (also every other WiFi connections in my house works fine)
I can set the printer up fine if I use the WiFi direct method and when WiFi direct on printer display my device finds printer straight away but when I turn direct WiFi printing off then I can’t print (find printer). The blue light on the printer/network is also solid blue (not flashing) which says indicates connected to network?????....very confused as what to do. Done everything like reset router, add new printer etc etc. Hope someone can help and thanks

Hi,
Please print a Wireless test report by pressing and holding both the Wireless and Information (i) buttons together, till it starts printing.
Please include the last printed page (Wireless Test Report Results) to get a better understanding of any possible cause.

Thanks for the reply - no idea how but I think I have now sorting out the issue.
i had another wireless printer that I think was interfering with the WiFi so turned that one off and now connection is fine.
totally appreciate the response though and fingers crossed all will remain good 👍
