Hp DeskJet 4120e Errors/ Drivers

Hello guys , I have some problems with my printer.

My printer is HP DeskJet 4120e
It doesn't want to get driver update , every time when i m trying to update , it show errors( every light start flickering) and i need to restart the printer.

It doesn't let me even to finish my HP Smart, or to get update from Easy Start .

Can someone help me , i realy don't know what else to do .

(2). If you need to install a driver, then use HP Print Doctor:

Hello sir , 
The printer have internet , and i use driver doc + HP Easy/HP Smart , but when i try to download the drivers , printer is going on error mode 
On Hp Smart is giving me Error Code: OW_4XX_OWSWS00001
On Hp Easy is flickering the butons.
