Hi @Chilyar,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

I see there is an issue with the HP printer connectivity. I will surely help you with it.

May I Know do you get any specific error on the screen?
May I Know what is the wifi light status on the printer? Are you connecting it with a home wifi or a shared network or wifi direct?
Are you using a windows or Mac laptop?

In the meantime, let's try a network reset:

1. Disconnect the power cord from the router.

2. Turn off the printer.

3. Turn off the mobile device/PC.

4. Reconnect the power cord to the router, then wait for the Internet activity light to display a normal connected status.

5. Turn on the printer.

6. Turn on the mobile device/PC.

Press the Wireless button to access the Wireless Status menu.

 2. Press the button next to Settings to access the Wireless Settings menu.

3. Select Restore Defaults.

4. Confirm selection to restore defaults

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
