Hello Team,

 

I have an hp 6200 series that is beginning to flake out once in a while. The employee will send a print job to it, it will begin printing the job then the printer display will go haywire and blank out and it will stop printing. I am thinking this could be a firmware issue or a physical board issue. I wanted to try the new firmware (feb 22) you have listed on the site but when i try and download it , it tells me its no longer on the server. If you feel firmware would fix this could one of your team members let me know where i can acquire the firmware (as the link isnt working on hps site) . if you feel this is a board issue, and firmware wont fix it let me know and ill just replace it as its roughly 3+ years old.

Update: After a few days it looks like i am able to download the firmware for the printer. So im Going to update the firmware, and if this continues the client said he believes he has a support contract via the retailer which i told him he might either need to do or just replace the printer
