We have recently installed the latest version of version of hp web jet admin 10.5.117720 on a windows 2022 server.

We have a number of non hp devices (Sharp) which used to connect via jet admin. On this version the devices do not appear to be detecting correctly using SNMP v3.  SNMP v1 does works but this is something we need to disable. HP devices using SNMP v3 work fine. Some information like serial number and device model are working but nothing else.

Wondering if there appears to be an issue with SNMP v3 context name other than "Jetdirect" as the sharp devices use "mfpdirect".

I have tried a fresh install of the hp jetadmin on windows 2022 build and had the same issues. Another instance of jet admin 10.5.115586 on windows 2012 is can communicate with the Sharp devices using SNMP fine. I've checked firewall rules and SNMP setting but are all ok.
