@draslam, Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP OfficeJet Pro 9019e is not printing from your Windows 10 (32-bit) PC. Let’s walk through some steps to get you back up and printing.
Check Printer Status
- Make sure the printer is powered on and connected to the same network as your PC (if using Wi-Fi).
- Check the printer display for any error messages or warnings.
Set as Default Printer
- Go to Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
- Right-click your HP OfficeJet Pro 9019e and select Set as default printer.
Clear Print Queue
- In Devices and Printers, right-click your printer and select See what’s printing.
- Cancel all documents.
- Restart your PC and try printing again.
Reinstall the Printer Driver
Sometimes reinstalling the driver resolves communication issues.
- Go to Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a program and remove any HP printer software.
- Restart your PC.
- Download and install the latest full-feature driver from HP:

Try Printing from Another App
Try printing a test page from Notepad or WordPad to see if the issue is app-specific.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
