Hp Print smart app does not work on windows 11 24h2.

Hello,

I am trying to install Hp Print smart on Windows 11 24H2 can install the app and open it but all that happens is a white box comes blank and circle that just keeps going around.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hello,

Have download the Drivers for the Hp Deskjet 2820e but when setup up the printer when It comes to the setup finding the, setup can not find the printer.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi @Matthew060 

1.  Change your windows sceen mode to Light Mode, follow steps from the next video:

Windows > Settings > Personalization > Colors > Choose your Color > Light

2.  Then try again to open your HP Smart app.

Hello,

Find that when running the setup for the printer halfway though it asked to turn location on, but I cannot do this as location is grey out.

Any help would be appreciated
