Product: Deskjet Ink Advantage 2675 All-in-One
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have do everything the document said to be done, to install the printer. The Hp Smart is downloaded from the microsoft store and install. When I launched it, I got installed "Hp AiO printer remote" not the printer.

I want to install the printer wireless.

What to do. I have install several of those printers.

Hi,

Please right-click the Start button and select System.

Scroll down to the Windows Specifications section and clarify what exact number is listed as the Version?

 

Such behavior is possible due to having the system out of date, lacking OS updates for example.
