My Hp printer will not work after my Hp laptop was upgraded from windows 10 to 11 I have tried lots of things but  nothing seems to work. The best I get is that my computer knows the printer is there but it says the driver is unavailable ?

Hi @GeoffB22

Please download the next driver for your printer:

I have tried everything I can find on the internet but nothing will work. My computer knows the printer is there and it connects with Wi-Fi  but it says that the drivers are unavailable? I have been trying for 2 days now but still get to the same result. This happened when  Microsoft upgraded my computer from windows 10 to windows 11. It was working perfect before the upgrade.

Hi I spoke to a very nice lady called Jenn on the HP helpline. She connected to my computer and spent a very long time on it eventually giving up but she did say that she thought it was something to do with one of the Microsoft updated that she could not remove. Anyway just after my computer received a very large update from Microsoft and after that I managed to get every thing working . So it looks like it was Microsoft's fault. Thank you anyway.
