Hp envy 5020

Hihelp,just bought the above printer , working ok on androd ph , but cant get it to work on laptop, recognises printer ,seeks pin ,but shows on laptop as driver is unvailable , go to  down  load driver fron hp site , after  some time comes up as unsucessful .please advise what i do next , windows 10 64 bit , internet bt fibre model 6   thanks
