I’m downloading the HP easy start software and it has been stuck on the “ Checking for Necessary Drivers” screen multiple times. I have a HP OfficeJet Pro 901 5e printer. The computer prints wirelessly to the printer but won’t allow me to scan documents because I can’t get the software downloaded without continuously coming back to this screen. I have a Microsoft surface Pro 7+ computer. I have shut the printer and computer off multiple times. I have disabled firewalls and nothing seems to work. The software was downloaded directly from the Microsoft store.  Not sure what else to do to be able to scan documents after getting connected to the HP software

For install printer and scanner try the next software:

>> Officejet 9015 - software for installation - Windows

* Click YES   to say thank you, 

* Click Accepted as Solution when question is answered.
