When printing the paper support arm doesn’t automatically come out so when I print all my papers end up all over ge floor. How can I solve this? Thanks.

Hi,

The Paper Tray Extended should not pull put automatically, therefore it doesn't happen..

 

You should manually pull out the tray extender, as listed under "Load Media" - Pages 10 - 11 of its user guide:
