Hello. The situation is as follows. Windows 10 on the laptop, reinstalled it on 10.01.25 This MFP does not want to work on the netbook. Windows does not see the driver point-blank. At the same time, through HP smart everything works fine, but the 410 model is determined, not the 415. They are completely different. When installing the printer after purchase, there was always 415. Where everything went for the 415 model is unknown, but the drivers for the 415 have disappeared. As you know, there is no HP support now and it is unrealistic to ask them. And you need to configure this devil machine. Where can I get the drivers specifically for the 415 model so that Windows will finally accept them? Without them, printing does not work. And yes, another nuance, through HP smart the printer is displayed except for the ink level. Is this normal or not? Adjustment, cleaning, everything is done.

410 series covers several models including 410 and 415  drivers are the same

Ink level is monitored by user eyes not by application ( explained in the user manual)

If the drivers are the same, then why does Windows simply not see them and come up with a note that the driver is missing? Immediately after purchasing the printer, it was calculated as 415, and now 410. And then Windows decided that the printer became like 410, Windows simply does not see the driver.

Because WIN is not such smart OS
