Hi @Fardin1,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If you have forgotten the ID/password for your HP MFP 135w's web portal, there are a few steps you can try to recover or reset it.

Default Credentials: Ensure you have tried the default credentials for your HP MFP 135w. The default username and password are often provided in the device's manual. Common default credentials include "admin" for the username and "admin" or leaving the password field blank.

Factory Reset: If you have changed the login credentials and can't remember them, you can perform a factory reset on the printer. Keep in mind that this will erase any custom settings you might have configured on the device. To perform a factory reset, follow these steps.

a. Turn off the printer.

b. Press and hold the Resume/Cancel button.

c. While holding the button, press and hold the Power button.

d. Continue holding both buttons for about five seconds and then release them.

e. The printer will reset to its default settings, and you should be able to access the web portal using the default credentials.

Firmware Update: Check if there's a firmware update available for your printer model. Sometimes, manufacturers release updates that can address login issues and improve security. You can find firmware updates on HP's official website.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
