Printer was working fine at home. Moved out to my office, got it set up on the wifi, and can print from my phone. But if I try to do anything directly from the printer, it says it cannot connect to the server. Looked through the other settings and everything seems to be good. And updated my payment for services to make sure that was good, too. No idea what else it could be, but this is causing a huge hassle for my small business and any help would be appreciated

Hi @Megan331,
I'd like to help!
May I know what actions are performing on the printer , ex scan to email or printing from USB drive or scanning to computer?
Keep me posted.

Nothing is working directly from the printer. I can't scan, copy, etc. I can, however, print from my phone or laptop. And I can do smart tasks from the app on my Surface. But I can't do anything from the screen on the printer itself as it tells me it's not connected

Let's try a power reset on the printer
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
