Hi,

 

I'm having issues printing envelopes with the printer listed above and ill provide a screenshot I've tried removing the printer and restarting the computer, cleaning the printer, and test prints and they work fine. I have another computer that is connected to it and the envelop printing works fine with that computer but I can't get it to work right on this computer. I  tried changing the font as well and it doesn't work.print.jpg

I see that you are facing envelope printing issues with your HP OfficeJet pro 8710 Printer.

  

Please download and install the firmware update by following the steps from this document.
