Despite putting in all new HP ink cartridges and following the HP website suggested steps, the black ink is not printing for my HP All-In-One Printer. All ink levels are indicated full by the Printer system and the three color cartidges are printing - just not black. Have tried two new black cartidges - same result. Suggestions? printer is a HP photosmart 5520
