Hi @Rpwilsonj,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP Neverstop Laser 1000w won't power on, here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
Check the Power Source:
- Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the printer and the power outlet.
- Try plugging the printer into a different power outlet to rule out issues with the current one.
Inspect the Power Cable:
- Check for any visible damage to the power cable. If you find any, replace the cable with a new one.
Perform a Hard Reset:
- Unplug the printer from the power source and leave it unplugged for about 60 seconds.
- Plug the printer back in and attempt to power it on.
Check the Power Button:
- Make sure you are pressing the power button firmly and correctly. Sometimes, the button might be stuck or not engaging properly.
Examine the Printer for Any Obvious Issues:
- Look for any signs of physical damage or obstructions that might be preventing the printer from turning on.
Test the Printer with a Different Power Cable:
- If you have access to another power cable that is compatible with your printer, try using it to see if that resolves the issue.

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
