Hp printer to a chromebook and language

My HP deskjet 2755e will not connect to my router and after trying several times, it printed out 2 sheets in Finnish. Most solutions are for everything but a chromebook/OS. 

This is a brand new printer. The errors are, the blue blinking light doesn't stop flashing and no connection is made. Very frustrating

To which device is your Printer connected to?

Let's reset the Printer's network settings: Press the Wireless button ( ) and the Cancel button ( ) from the printer control panel at the same time, and then hold them for three seconds.

Once done try connecting the Printer to the Wi-Fi.

Thanks so much for the steps. I did as you said but still the wireless button is flashing blue and the wifi is trying but it's just not connecting.

   I just loaded paper in it and it printed 3 more sheets in that finesse language but not wirelessly. I'm using a corded connection from printer to my chrome book
