HP DeskJet 2720e All-in-One Printer

Absolutely about to lose my blob! Set this printer up a few weeks back with little trouble. Came back from holiday and can't get app to recognise printer. Uninstall both hp smart and the other white one to no avail. 

 

Feel like returning it for refund.

I see that you are facing issues with your HP DeskJet 2720e All-In-One Printer wherein it is not detected by HP Smart App.

 

Please follow the steps listed below to install the firmware update from HP smart App.
1. Go to https://123.hp.com/ to install the HP Smart app on your mobile device (if not installed).
2. After completing the printer setup, click or tap your printer name.
NOTE: Menu names, locations, and available settings vary by printer model.
3. Under Advanced, select Printer Home Page (EWS) or Advanced Settings.
4. Click or tap Tools or Web Services.
5. Click or tap Printer Updates or Product Update, and then click or tap Check Now.
