Hi - I can print to my newly bought HP envy 6010 but it can't be recognised by the hp smart app - it repeatedly says 'cannot obtain printer details' so I can't connect to instant ink etc.
I have reset router and reset wifi button on printer multiple times. And been through a long troubleshoot via whats app with hp support - and am now connected to wifi but app is still not seeing the printer, so advanced options not available. Any ideas? Thanks.
