I reviewed your post and I understand that you are facing issues installing the HP smart app on your phone.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
The HP smart app works only with Android OS 7.0 and above so make sure the cell phone you are using meets this requirement. Also, try it on a different phone and check if it works.
