Hello,
I just bought a new HP envy 6032e and during the set up process, after the printable connects to my wifi and get the IP address, when it finishes the set up process i get an error message saying "we are sorry, something went wrong (Error Code: EBS00P0010)
I tried doing this set up process a few times, i tried unplugging the printer cable from both the printer and wall socket, tried factory resetting the printer, i tried all the advices i found here and nothing works! I still can't connect my printer to the HP smart and therefore cannot use my printer at all! This is a replacement for an old HP wireless printer which worked totally fine but this new one is just a nightmare.
Can anyone help me? I'm getting so frustrated, spent hours doing it to no avail!!
