Hi @Suneelborana555,

Welcome to the HP Support Community

I'd like to help!

I understand you are unable to sign in to HP Smart App.

When attempting to use the HP Smart app on an Android device, you are unable to log in to or create an account. Log in or create an HP Smart account through one of the following browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Samsung, and Huawei.

Firefox browser (recommended)

If you cannot log in to the HP Smart app, set the default browser to Firefox to log in or sign up for HP Smart and use the HP Smart app.

Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi.

On your device, download the Firefox app.

Tap the Settings icon .

Tap Apps, and then tap Default Apps.

Tap Browser App, and then select the Firefox app.

Return to the HP Smart app, and then log in or create an HP Smart account.

Chrome browser

If the default browser on your Android device is Chrome, log in or create an HP Smart account.

NOTE:

For Google Chromebooks, go to the Google Play Store and update the HP Smart app to version 8.9.0.58 or later.

Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi.

Open the HP Smart app, and then tap App Settings.

Tap Sign-in.

On the upper right corner, tap the Menu icon.

Tap Open in browser.

Log in or create an HP Smart account.

If problems persist, the problem might be related to a known compatibility issue with Chrome version 99.x. Until a solution in Chrome is made available, temporarily use Firefox as your default browser when opening HP Smart.

Samsung browser

If the default browser on your Android device is Samsung, log in or create an HP Smart account.

Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi.

Open the Samsung internet browser.

On the bottom right, tap More, and then tap Settings.

Tap Privacy and Security.

Tap Block apps from opening internet.

Toggle off the switch for HP Smart.

Return to the HP Smart app, and then log in or create an HP account.

Huawei browser

If the default browser on your Android device is Huawei, log in or create an HP Smart account.

Make sure your device is connected to Wi-Fi.

Open the HP Smart app, and then tap App Settings.

Tap Sign-in.

On the upper right corner, tap the Menu icon.

Tap Open in browser.

Log in or create an HP Smart account.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
