I have problem doing log in from Hp smart and so I can not scan or print in wireless.

Thank you, I tried, it seemed like it was working, but now there’s this problem: it is not able to load the HP account on HP Smart… so sad!

Can ensure that Firefox is the default browser, then try to  log in again.
