@GOPALANNG, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP 5810 Printer Display Error and Connection Issues!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

If your HP 5810 printer is displaying an "E error" and cannot connect to your PC, there are several steps you can take to troubleshoot and possibly resolve the issue:

Check the Error Message:

  • Look at the printer's control panel for any additional error details or codes. This might give you specific insight into the problem.

Power Cycle the Printer:

  • Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power outlet, wait for about 30 seconds, and then plug it back in and turn it on.

Check Connections:

  • Ensure that the printer is properly connected to your PC. Check the USB or wireless connection and ensure cables are securely plugged in.
  • If using a USB connection: Try a different USB port on your PC.
  • If using a wireless connection: Ensure your network is functioning correctly.

Reinstall Printer Software:

  • If the printer software was not installed correctly, consider uninstalling and reinstalling it. This can be done by:
    • Disconnecting the USB cable (if applicable).
    • Removing the printer software from your PC.
    • Restarting your PC.
    • Installing the printer software again, following the instructions provided with the printer.

Hope this helps!

Take care, and have an amazing day!
