Hi @Raya45,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Turn off power: Make sure the computer is completely turned off.
  • Disconnect devices: Remove any external devices connected, including USB devices or peripherals such as printers.
  • Unplug the AC adapter: Remove the AC adapter from the computer.
  • Remove the battery: If your device has a removable battery, disconnect it.
  • Drain residual power: Hold the power button down for at least 15 seconds.
  • Reconnect battery and AC adapter: Once drained, reconnect the battery and the AC adapter to the device.
  • Power on the computer: Press the power button to see if the device starts normally.

Perform a Soft Reset:

  • Restart the computer: Turn the computer off and back on again.
  • Access system BIOS setup: Reboot and press F10 to enter the BIOS setup, then select Main > Restore defaults.
  • Save and Exit: Allow the system to reset to its default state.

Verify Connections and Reseat Cables:

  • Check for any loose connections internally and reseat cables, ensuring components such as the battery, memory modules, and hard drive are securely connected.
  • Verify that hardware like display cables and other connectors are properly seated to prevent connectivity issues.

Test with Minimum Configuration:

  • Start with essential hardware: Disconnect all non-essential internal and external hardware, leaving only critical components such as system board, memory module, and AC adapter.
  • Gradually reconnect components: Test each piece, one by one, while ensuring the system starts correctly after each addition.

Enter Safe Mode:

  • If you can access Windows, boot the computer in Safe Mode to identify potential conflicts with drivers or software.

Run Hardware Diagnostics:

  • Use the HP PC Hardware Diagnostics (UEFI) tool to test hardware components such as the hard drive, memory, and system board to isolate faults.

I hope this helps.
