Hi @rfelegy1,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

Since you're unable to print from your brand-new HP Omni desktop PC using two different HP printers, let's walk through a few key steps to identify and fix the issue.

 Step-by-Step Troubleshooting Guide

1. Check Physical Connections

  • If using a USB, ensure the cable is securely connected to both the printer and PC.
  • Try a different USB port.
  • If using Wi-Fi, make sure both the printer and PC are on the same network.

2. Install HP Smart App

3. Install or Update Drivers

  • Go to HP Support – Official HP® Support.
  • Download and install the full feature software or basic drivers for Windows 11.

4. Set Printer as Default

  • Go to Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers & scanners.
  • Click your printer → Set as default.

5. Check Print Queue

  • Go to Control Panel → Devices and Printers.
  • Right-click your printer → See what’s printing → Cancel any stuck jobs.

I hope this helps.

Take care, and have an amazing day!
